BYD India inaugurates EV dealership in Surat

The facility is equipped with well-trained sales advisors, and an attractive showroom display floor ensuring a good in-store experience for visitors.

BYD India has inaugurated its first passenger vehicle showroom in Surat, Gujarat. Run and managed by Cargo BYD and spanning an area of 1650 square feet, this showroom will offer customers access to BYD's range of pure electric vehicles, which includes the E6 and the ATTO 3.

The inauguration was graced by the presence of BVS Prasanna, Senior VP – Passenger Car Division at Cargo BYD, Zubin Mistry, Business Head of Cargo BYD, and Sanjay Gopalakrishnan, Senior Vice President of Electric Passenger Vehicle Business at BYD India, along with key personnel from both BYD India and Cargo BYD. 

Sanjay Gopalakrishnan, sharing his thoughts on the inauguration said, “Every electric vehicle we introduce is a step closer to reshaping the future of mobility and paving the way for a greener, cleaner tomorrow. This is the 16th year anniversary of BYD’s dedication and commitment in India aiming for technological innovations for a better life. Our alliance with Cargo BYD in Surat is not just about selling cars; it's about igniting a sustainable revolution, where every journey becomes an act of environmental responsibility.”
