Bureau Partners With Zoomcar For Real-Time User Verification

Bureau has partnered with Zoomcar to strengthen user verification and real-time fraud risk assessment on Zoomcar’s digital platform. The partnership will enable Zoomcar to assess users in real time using additional risk intelligence.

According to Bureau, the solution is intended to help Zoomcar identify potentially suspicious activity earlier and supplement its existing fraud prevention measures. The assessment can be incorporated into existing workflows, allowing different levels of verification and scrutiny based on the identified risk.

Bureau’s platform uses multiple signals and intelligence to assess users and identify patterns associated with potentially fraudulent or suspicious activity. The company said this approach can help digital businesses distinguish between different levels of risk while limiting additional friction for genuine users.

Bureau And Zoomcar Expand Real-Time User Risk Assessment

Zoomcar operates a two-sided digital marketplace connecting vehicle owners and customers through its platform. Bureau said the partnership will add contextual risk intelligence to Zoomcar’s existing user verification and safety processes as the marketplace scales.

Ranjan R. Reddy, founder and CEO of Bureau, said the partnership is focused on enabling real-time assessment of users and earlier identification of potential risks without adding unnecessary friction for legitimate users.

Vishal Ramrakhyani, CPTO at Zoomcar, said Bureau’s risk intelligence will serve as an additional layer alongside the company’s existing verification and safety measures, supporting user assessment as the platform expands.

Why Contextual Risk Decisioning Matters For Digital Marketplaces

The companies said the partnership reflects a wider move towards using multiple signals across digital environments rather than relying solely on information available at a single point of interaction. This approach allows businesses to apply different responses depending on the level of risk associated with an activity.

For digital marketplaces, the companies said contextual and continuous risk decisioning can become more relevant as user, transaction and interaction volumes increase.
