Electric vehicle charging network operator Bolt.Earth has deployed over 100,000 EV chargers across India, establishing presence in more than 1,800 towns and cities. The milestone represents a significant expansion of the country's EV charging infrastructure.

The company's network encompasses various charging solutions, including residential and workplace chargers, as well as high-speed Blaze DC and Lightning DC units designed to accommodate two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers. Bolt.Earth has developed its charging solutions in-house, covering hardware, software, services, and customer support operations.

The company's proprietary Charger Management System enables usage monitoring and dynamic pricing capabilities. Strategic partnerships with original equipment manufacturers have contributed to growth, with Bolt.Earth installing over 20,000 chargers for companies including Bajaj and Mahindra.

"India's EV-to-charger ratio remains low, and building accessible infrastructure is key to reducing range anxiety and supporting the EV transition in the country," said Raghav Bharadwaj, CEO of Bolt.Earth. "Reaching the milestone of deploying 1 lakh chargers is not only a business achievement for us but also a step forward in enabling large-scale EV adoption for the country."

The company indicated its future focus will include scaling fast charging capabilities and increasing charger density along highways and urban corridors. Bolt.Earth positions itself as India's largest EV charging network by deployment scale and utilization metrics.

The deployment milestone comes as India continues efforts to expand electric vehicle adoption and supporting infrastructure development across urban and rural markets.
