BMW Group India has launched the new X6 M60i xDrive in the country, with the performance Sports Activity Coupé (SAC) arriving as a Completely Built-Up Unit (CBU) at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1,77,90,000.

The X6 M60i is powered by a newly developed 4.4-litre V8 petrol engine producing 530 hp and 750 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 48V battery setup and an eight-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission. BMW says the SAC accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds and has a top speed of 250 km/h.

On the design front, the X6 M60i gets slim Adaptive LED headlights with arrow-shaped daytime running lights, a kidney grille in matt black with vertical double ribs, and gloss black M exterior mirrors. The car rides on 21-inch M light-alloy wheels with runflat tyres as standard. At the rear, it features slim L-shaped tail lights and trapezoidal exhaust tailpipes.

The M Sport package Pro comes as standard, bringing an M Sport braking system with red calipers, a quad-pipe M Sport exhaust, M seat belts and a black high-gloss rear spoiler.

Underpinning the driving dynamics are an Adaptive M suspension, Integral Active Steering with rear-wheel steer, a rear-biased xDrive all-wheel-drive system and an M Sport differential.

Inside, the cabin is built around the BMW Curved Display, combining a 12.3-inch instrument display with a 14.9-inch control display under a single glass surface. Standard equipment includes ventilated comfort seats with electric adjustment and driver-side memory function, a Harman Kardon surround sound system with 16 speakers, and BMW Live Cockpit Professional with navigation and head-up display. Optional features include an eight-program massage function for the front seats and an Alcantara M headliner.

The SAC runs on BMW's latest iDrive Operating System 8.5 and comes with ConnectedDrive features such as Digital Key Plus, Emergency Call, Real-time Traffic Information and remote services via the MyBMW app. Driver assistance offerings include Parking Assistant Professional with 360-degree surround view and a Reversing Assistant that can retrace the last 200 metres driven.

Safety equipment includes six airbags, Dynamic Stability Control with Dynamic Traction Control, Cornering Brake Control, an electric parking brake with auto hold, and a tyre pressure indicator, among other features.

The X6 M60i is offered in six exterior colours — Aventurine Red, Manhattan Metallic, Brooklyn Grey, Black Sapphire, Mineral White and Isle of Man Green — with Sensafin upholstery in four trim options. BMW Individual offers further customisation with over 40 special paintwork shades and extended Merino leather trim options.

BMW India Financial Services is offering the model through its BMW SMART Finance scheme, which includes an assured buyback of 60 percent after three years or 10,000 km.
