BMW Dealer Krishna Automotive Opens Service Workshop and Pre-Owned Car Facility in Hyderabad
The Hyderabad dealership has added a 19,300 sq ft service and pre-owned vehicle facility in Balanagar, expanding its footprint in Telangana beyond its existing Gachibowli showroom.
Krishna Automotive, an authorised BMW dealer in Hyderabad, has inaugurated a service workshop and a BMW Premium Selection (BPS) pre-owned vehicle facility in the city. The new facility is located at 29/A, Industrial Development Area Road, Balanagar, Hyderabad, and spans 19,300 square feet. The opening brings the dealership's total operational footprint in Hyderabad to two locations, covering new vehicle sales, certified pre-owned cars, and after-sales servicing.
The service workshop at Balanagar houses 15 bays in total — two RATC (Roller and Tyre Contact) bays, ten mechanical and electrical bays, and three body and paint bays. The adjoining BMW Premium Selection showroom has display space for two pre-owned vehicles. The facility also includes a lifestyle retail area. By housing both the pre-owned sales function and the service workshop under one roof, the setup allows customers to access vehicle purchase and maintenance services at the same location.
The dealership already operates a Retail.NEXT showroom at Mahaveer Gateway, Madhava Reddy Colony, Gachibowli — a 5,600 sq ft space that can display up to six BMW vehicles alongside lifestyle merchandise. The Retail.NEXT format is BMW Group's standardised modern retail concept, which the company has been rolling out across its dealer network in India. It incorporates digital interfaces and a defined design language intended to create a consistent brand environment across showrooms.
With the Balanagar facility now operational, Krishna Automotive covers the full customer lifecycle for BMW ownership in Hyderabad — from new and pre-owned vehicle purchase to routine servicing and body repair. Pre-owned certified vehicles sold under the BMW Premium Selection programme undergo manufacturer-defined inspections and come with a warranty, a format BMW uses globally to differentiate certified used cars from the general second-hand market.
Beyond Hyderabad, Krishna Automotive also operates BMW sales and service facilities in Chandigarh and Ludhiana, making it one of BMW Group India's multi-city dealer partners in the country.
BMW Group India is a subsidiary of the Munich-headquartered BMW Group, which markets vehicles in India under the BMW and MINI brands. The company has been expanding its dealer and service network across Indian cities over the past several years, with a stated focus on increasing after-sales touchpoints alongside new vehicle sales outlets.
