BlueBinaries Acquires MicroNova Automotive Testing Unit to Form NovaBinaries

Chennai-based BlueBinaries announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire the automotive testing business of Germany-based software and systems supplier MicroNova AG. Following the transaction, the carved-out division will operate as an independent entity within the group under the name NovaBinaries GmbH. With an initial projected annual revenue of $50 million, BlueBinaries plans to scale the combined operation to $100 million in annual revenue over the coming years.

MicroNova AG has operated in the automotive technology domain for three decades, specializing in hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) test systems and other tools  used across European OEM testing environments. NovaBinaries GmbH will integrate these technologies and software test factories with BlueBinaries' engineering delivery operations.
