Blue Energy Motors Joins Govt PARIVARTAN Scheme for Electric Heavy-Duty Trucks
The commercial vehicle maker signs an MoU with the transport ministry to support replacement of aging trucks across Delhi-NCR.
Blue Energy Motors has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways to join the central government's PARIVARTAN Scheme, aimed at replacing aging commercial vehicles across the Delhi-National Capital Region.
The initiative provides financial incentives and tax concessions to fleet operators retiring older, high-emission trucks and buses in favor of zero-emission electric models or cleaner alternatives. Blue Energy Motors will offer electric heavy-duty trucks to logistics providers seeking to transition away from fossil fuels across NCR.
Anirudh Bhuwalka, Founder and Managing Director of Blue Energy Motors, said, "Our participation reflects Blue Energy Motors' commitment to supporting the Government's vision for sustainable transportation and enabling wider adoption of electric heavy-duty trucks."
