Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) has opened a new authorised BharatBenz dealership in Supaul, Bihar, expanding the commercial vehicle maker’s sales and after-sales network in the Koshi region.
The dealership, operated by Devkrishna Trucking, is located on the Supaul–Kishanpur–Bhaptiyahi Road (NH-327A) and will serve customers in Supaul, Saharsa, Madhepura and Araria. Its location also provides access to the NH-27 East-West Corridor through Araria.
BharatBenz Supaul Dealership: Facility Details and Capacity
The facility is a 4-bay 3S (sales, service and spares) outlet spread across approximately 40,000 sq ft. According to DICV, it has an annual service capacity of around 1,800 vehicles and includes a dedicated workshop, trained technical staff and a spare-parts operation.
“With the new dealership in Supaul, we are strengthening our presence across North Bihar and the Koshi belt,” said Rajiv Chaturvedi, president and chief business officer, DICV. “By bringing our sales, service and spares support closer to customers, we are enabling greater accessibility, faster service and improved vehicle uptime.”

Devkrishna Trucking now operates two BharatBenz touchpoints in the region, comprising the new 3S facility in Supaul and a 2S (service and spares) dealership in Araria.
BharatBenz Used-Vehicle Exchange and Financing Support
The expansion comes as BharatBenz continues to add sales and service outlets across commercial vehicle markets in India. DICV said its customer support offering also includes BharatBenz Certified used-vehicle and exchange programmes, allowing customers to exchange BharatBenz and other commercial vehicle brands.
BharatBenz also has financing tie-ups with more than 20 banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), offering financing options for vehicle purchases.
