BharatBenz Opens Dealership in Raniganj to Expand West Bengal Network

Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) inaugurated a new BharatBenz authorised dealership, Agile Trucking, in Raniganj, West Burdwan district, West Bengal, to expand sales, service and spares support across southern West Bengal's industrial corridors.

The facility is located on NH2, approximately 20 km from Andal Domestic Airport, positioning it to serve fleet operators in the industrial hubs of Durgapur, Raniganj and Asansol. The 85,000 sq. ft. dealership operates round the clock, with 12 service bays, four accident repair bays and four Mobile Reach Vans. A workforce of 65 trained personnel gives the facility a service capacity of over 500 vehicles per month.

With this modern 3S facility, we are reinforcing our commitment to delivering reliable products, faster service turnaround, and a superior ownership experience for our customers. Currently, 418 BharatBenz touch points are there with this facility and in 2026 we will add total 32 more touch points to improve reach to 450 touch points in total. We have 11 Service workshops in West Bengal and we will add 5 more touchpoints in 2026. We are also going to start new RTC in Kolkata by Q4'2026 to provide trained engineers to our dealerships which in turn will improve customer service experience."

Agile Trucking has sold over 400 BharatBenz vehicles since it began operations in July 2022 and currently runs three touchpoints in West Bengal. The Raniganj dealership is the latest addition to BharatBenz's network of touchpoints in the state, all located on major national highway corridors.
