Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 concludes with innovations and record participation

India’s largest mobility expo, held across three venues, showcased over 1,500 exhibitors, 239 product launches, and cutting-edge technologies, reaffirming the nation’s growing role in sustainable mobility and the global MICE industry.

Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 concludes with innovations and record participation

The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, India’s largest mobility-focused event, concluded successfully, bringing together key stakeholders from across the mobility ecosystem. Held from January 17 to 22, 2025, the multi-venue event recorded a significant turnout, highlighting India’s growing role in sustainable and innovative mobility solutions.  

This year’s expo saw a notable increase in attendance compared to its inaugural edition in 2024. Over six days, the event welcomed 9,83,522 visitors at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, and India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida. Participants included industry professionals, policymakers, and consumers eager to explore new developments in the mobility sector.  

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the expo on January 17, emphasizing the government’s efforts to foster innovation and growth in the mobility industry. Addressing attendees, he highlighted the sector’s transformation, stating, "The entire mobility industry, the government, and the nation have come together for this expo.” The Prime Minister also noted the role of the youth and their aspirations in driving progress within the automotive sector.  

The event featured over 1,500 exhibitors and 239 product launches, showcasing advancements in technology and sustainability. At the Auto Expo Motor Show, 90 vehicles were launched, with a majority being electric, alongside some models powered by flex-fuel and other alternative powertrains. The Auto Components Show saw 97 product and technology launches that underscored progress in the automotive supply chain. The Bharat Construction Equipment Expo introduced 24 products, including BS (CEV) Stage 5-compliant equipment, as well as electric and hydrogen-powered machinery.  

The Bharat Battery Show featured 21 launches focused on energy storage and charging solutions, while the India Cycle Show unveiled 5 new products, including bicycles, e-scooters, and other micro-mobility innovations. At the Mobility Tech Pavilion, exhibitors presented intelligent cockpits, autonomous vehicles, and other human-centric technologies shaping the future of transportation.  

Meanwhile, the India International Tyre Show introduced two product ranges, with a focus on smart tyre technology and the use of sustainable materials. Exhibitors at the Steel Pavilion showcased innovations in lightweight and sustainable automotive steel. The Urban Mobility and Infrastructure Show highlighted advancements in rapid transit systems and energy-efficient urban mobility solutions. Finally, the Urban Air Mobility Pavilion showcased VTOLs, eVTOLs, and drones, demonstrating significant progress in air mobility technologies.  

The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 also underscored India’s growing prominence in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry. The event highlighted the capabilities of state-of-the-art venues like Bharat Mandapam, Yashobhoomi, and India Expo Centre & Mart in hosting large-scale exhibitions and conferences.  

With its extensive participation and innovative showcases, the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 reaffirmed India’s position as a hub for sustainable and futuristic mobility solutions. The event provided a platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange, furthering the country’s mobility transformation.
