Belrise Industries Q3 FY26 Revenue Rises 8%
EBITDA for Q3 FY26 grew 9.6% year-on-year to ₹286.9 crore.
Belrise Industries Ltd reported a 35.9% year-on-year rise in profit before tax (PBT) to ₹177.5 crore for the December quarter (Q3 FY26), while consolidated revenue increased 8% to ₹2,340.5 crore, according to its unaudited results.
For the first nine months of FY26, PBT rose 62.5% to ₹497.7 crore, supported by a 15.6% increase in revenue to ₹6,956.3 crore.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) for Q3 FY26 grew 9.6% year-on-year to ₹286.9 crore, with margins at 12.3%, largely stable compared with the year-ago period. Adjusted profit after tax rose 26% to ₹126.8 crore, excluding an exceptional expense related to higher employee benefit obligations following a change in labour laws.
Manufacturing revenue during the quarter rose 8% to ₹2,340.5 crore, while manufacturing EBITDA increased 11% to ₹257.9 crore, with margins of 14%. Exports contributed 5.8% of manufacturing revenue, and about 74% of revenues came from powertrain-neutral products.
During the quarter, Belrise completed its first overseas acquisition with the purchase of SDM, a European aerospace components manufacturer, for about ₹3.2 crore (€0.35 million). SDM is expected to generate ₹27–36 crore in revenue in FY27. The company also entered into a strategic collaboration with Israel-based Plasan Sasa to manufacture and co-develop all-terrain electric mission module systems for the Indian military.
Separately, Belrise announced the merger of Badve Autocomps and Eximius Infra Tech with the listed entity, aimed at simplifying the group structure, reducing related-party transactions and increasing content per vehicle. The company also secured an order to set up a new manufacturing facility in Haridwar for a large two-wheeler OEM, with production expected to begin in the fourth quarter of FY26.
