Bajaj Auto Reports 25% Sales Growth in January 2026

Bajaj Auto Reports 25% Sales Growth in January 2026

Bajaj Auto Limited has reported a 25% year-on-year increase in total sales for January 2026, according to a press release filed with stock exchanges on February 3, 2026.

The Pune-based manufacturer sold 4,77,422 units in January 2026 compared to 3,81,040 units in the same month last year. Domestic sales grew 26% to 2,61,975 units, while exports increased 25% to 2,15,447 units.

The two-wheeler segment contributed significantly to the growth, with total sales rising 24% to 4,06,295 units. Domestic two-wheeler sales climbed 25% to 2,14,727 units, and exports grew 22% to 1,91,568 units.

Commercial vehicles showed robust expansion, with total sales surging 35% to 71,127 units. The domestic commercial vehicle segment recorded 27% growth at 47,248 units, while exports jumped 53% to 23,879 units.

For the ten-month period from April 2025 to January 2026, Bajaj Auto's cumulative sales stood at 42,24,031 units, representing an 8% increase over the corresponding period last year. However, domestic two-wheeler sales for this period declined 2% to 19,41,855 units, while commercial vehicle exports demonstrated strong momentum with 53% growth.

The sales data was submitted to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited by Company Secretary Rajiv Gandhi, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
