Bengaluru-based industrial training technology company AutoVRse has raised $2.4 million in a funding round co-led by Singularity AMC’s Large Value Fund III and Early Opportunities Fund, alongside existing investor Lumikai. The company said the capital will be used to fund compliance certifications, integrations with learning and quality management systems, and its expansion into North America, Europe and the GCC region.
AutoVRse develops virtual reality (VR)-based training systems and AI-powered field guidance tools for industrial operations. Its platform is currently used by more than 50 enterprise customers across India, North America, Europe and the GCC, including automotive manufacturers and suppliers such as Bosch, TVS Motor Company, Ashok Leyland, Lumax and Tata AutoComp. According to the company, its solutions have been deployed to train over 500,000 workers globally.
The company says demand for AI-driven training solutions is increasing as automotive manufacturers navigate the transition to electric vehicles, more complex production processes and ongoing skilled labour shortages. Traditional training programmes are also being updated as manufacturers introduce new technologies and production methods across factories and service networks.
AutoVRse’s platform is designed to capture operational knowledge from domain experts and convert it into VR-based simulations, AI-assisted smart-glasses guidance and mobile-based verification tools. The technology is being used for applications ranging from assembly-line training and EV battery handling to quality inspection processes and technician training for vehicles equipped with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
The company also highlighted growing interest in real-time worker guidance through AI-enabled smart glasses. These systems can provide on-the-job instructions and procedural support directly on the factory floor, supplementing conventional classroom and digital training methods.
With the new funding, AutoVRse plans to expand its presence within the global automotive supply chain while scaling deployment of its smart-glasses-based guidance platform. The company is also looking to strengthen its operations in North America, where it already has deployments with several Fortune 500 companies, while further expanding in India and the GCC.
“AutoVRse moves safety and training culture from documentation to evidence. Our training products meet workers where they are — e-learning modules, dynamic SOPs, VR simulations — so they're certified before they ever go on-site,” said Ashwin Jaishanker, Co-founder and CEO, AutoVRse.
