Autorox and Bosch Announce Global Partnership for Automotive Aftermarket

Autorox and Bosch Mobility Platform and Solutions have announced a global strategic collaboration aimed at transforming vehicle repair and maintenance operations worldwide.

Under the partnership agreement, Bosch Mobility Platform and Solutions will function as the exclusive global distributor for Autorox and Autozilla, two automotive aftermarket platforms founded by Vijay Gummadi. The collaboration targets digitally enabling over 25,000 repairers and spare parts sellers to deliver more than 100 million vehicle services annually by 2030.

The partnership addresses inefficiencies in the global vehicle repair and maintenance sector, which remains fragmented despite its economic significance. In India alone, over 100,000 independent garages operate in the passenger car segment within a largely unorganized service ecosystem.

Bosch Mobility Platform and Solutions will leverage its global network and enterprise reach to provide structure and scale, while Autorox will supply the technology platform connecting repair shops, parts sellers, insurers, and fleets. The digital infrastructure will support functions including job scheduling, procurement, customer management, and predictive analytics.

Following operational success in India and the Middle East, the collaboration will expand in phases to North America, Europe, and additional global markets.

Vijay Gummadi, Founder and CEO of Autorox, emphasized the complementary strengths of the partnership. Pradeep Ramachandra, CTO of Bosch Mobility Platforms and Solutions, stated the collaboration aims to digitize the global workshop ecosystem and improve service efficiency through combined enterprise presence and modern technology.

The partnership will utilize cloud infrastructure in collaboration with Amazon Web Services, applying frameworks similar to those used in Bosch's Logistics Operating System to ensure enterprise-grade scalability and security.

Autorox operates as the largest digitally enabled repair shop network in India, functioning across more than 30 countries and supporting millions of repair orders annually. The platform has processed over $1 billion in repair transactions. Its B2B commerce arm, Autozilla, focuses on digitizing automotive spare parts distribution networks.

The Bosch Group, headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, employs approximately 418,000 associates globally and generated sales of 90.3 billion euros in 2024. The company operates across four business sectors: Mobility, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology.
