While regulators worldwide are softening their hard-stop deadline on ICE vehicles, the Indian government is sticking to its guns on its deadlines, which already envisaged a multi-fuel future. This is reflected in Indian automakers' strategies.

This message was re-iterated loud and clear at the recently held annual sessions of industry bodies such as ACMA, SIAM, and FADA in the National Capital.
