There is no fee or payment for entering the Bharat Mobility Global Expo venues. However, one must register to attend. Visitors can log on to the official website and click on the Visitor Register section. After filling in the basic information and providing verification over email, they will receive a QR code on their email address. The QR code will act as the entry pass.

On which days can I attend Auto Expo 2025?
Officially, the event starts on January 17 (Friday). However, on the 17th, access is restricted to media personnel. On January 18 (Saturday), only those with a special invitation and dealers can attend. All locations of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo will be open to the public from January 19 (Sunday) to January 22 (Wednesday), and visitors will be allowed inside only between 10am and 6pm.

The Bharat Mobility Global Expo is spread across three venues, each dedicated to specific categories.
