Audi India Offers Free Roadside Assistance to Flood-Affected Customers in Kolkata

Audi India announced complimentary roadside assistance services for customers whose vehicles have been affected by recent flooding in Kolkata caused by continuous heavy rainfall. The support program offers round-the-clock emergency services across flood-impacted areas.

The German luxury automobile manufacturer's initiative includes comprehensive coverage featuring on-site vehicle repairs, fuel delivery services, and spare key replacement. Additionally, the program provides travel and accommodation facilities under specific conditions, along with vehicle custody, transportation, storage, and safekeeping services.

"In light of the unprecedented challenges currently faced in Kolkata due to the floods, we remain fully committed to supporting our customers in every possible way," stated Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India. "Our teams are on standby to respond swiftly, ensuring the safety, comfort and well-being of our customers during this difficult time."

The roadside assistance program operates on a 24x7x365 basis, ensuring continuous availability throughout the affected regions. Customers requiring assistance can contact their nearest Audi dealership or visit the official dealership website for additional information.
