Audi India Launches 10-Year Extended Warranty and 15-Year Roadside Assistance Program
Coverage extends up to 10 years from vehicle's date of sale with mileage protection up to 200,000 kilometers.
Audi India announced a 10-year extended warranty and 15-year roadside assistance program for its entire product portfolio, available as value-added options for both new and existing customers across India.
The German luxury car manufacturer introduced the extended warranty coverage for vehicles up to 10 years of age with mileage protection extending up to 200,000 kilometers. The program covers all manufacturing defects and offers flexible purchase options at the time of new car delivery or before existing warranty expiry.
Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, said, "At Audi India, we believe that our relationship with customers extends far beyond the point of purchase. Our extended warranty and Audi Roadside Assistance Program is an extension of our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and establish new industry standards for luxury automotive service in India. With a 10-year extended warranty and 15-year roadside assistance, we intend to offer our customers an unparalleled peace of mind, knowing that support is always available."
Customers can choose from 1-year and 2-year extension options with coverage terms similar to the standard manufacturer warranty. The warranty applies to all Audi models sold in India.
The roadside assistance program provides 24/7 emergency services across National highways, State highways, and motorable roads within mainland India. Services include emergency breakdown support, towing to authorized workshops, technical support for mechanical and electrical faults, fuel delivery up to 10 liters, battery boost, tire repair and replacement, and spare key delivery.
Premium services include hotel accommodation or onward journey arrangements for repairs exceeding 72 hours when customers are more than 100km from their base location, vehicle custody and safekeeping services, and complimentary refreshments for passengers.
The program features email notifications to the nearest dealership for breakdown cases, customer updates every 30 minutes until case closure, protective body covers during service, and WhatsApp-based service requests.
Pricing for the roadside assistance ranges from ₹3,999 to ₹8,000 across varied validity periods and vehicle ages. Existing customers can upgrade their coverage based on their vehicle's age and current warranty status.
