German luxury carmaker, Audi India, has inaugurated a new 3S facility in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. 3S stands for sales service and spares. The establishment houses Audi's latest car models for sale in India, a workshop facility, and Audi Approved: plus, all conveniently housed under one roof.
Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India said that Chhattisgarh has immense potential and an appetite for luxury as well as pre-owned cars, and that this new 3S facility in Raipur would cater to the region and nearby areas. "Audi India is on a growth path and we will continue to expand as per market demand,” he added.
Encompassing a vast expanse of 30,000 square feet and spanning four floors, the 3S facility has a ten-car display and a five-bay workshop. The facility is also an authorized e-tron dealership that features a 22kW electric car charger and showcases a range of Audi Approved plus vehicles in its display area.
Audi Approved: plus is the pre-owned vehicle programme from the luxury marquee. Each pre-owned vehicle exhibited and sold undergoes rigorous mechanical, bodywork, interior, and electrical inspections through a meticulous 300+ multi-point check system, as well as multiple-level quality checks and a comprehensive on-road test, all aimed at providing customers with the utmost peace of mind. Audi India's Audi Approved: plus initiative ensures that buyers receive 24x7 roadside assistance and a detailed vehicle history report prior to purchase. Moreover, the programme offers easy financing and insurance benefits to customers.
Audi India recently announced its retail figures for the first quarter of 2023, wherein the brand recorded the sale of 1950 units between January to March recording a growth of 126% from the previous quarter.
