ATS ELGI, a leading manufacturer of garage equipment and a subsidiary of Elgi Equipments Limited, introduced a series of advanced automotive service solutions at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025.

The showcased products include the Smartlight Touchless Wheel Aligner, the Autorobot Collision Repair System (CRS), Telwin Welders, and a range of equipment designed for electric vehicle (EV) servicing. Additionally, the company demonstrated advanced diagnostics equipment using Virtual Reality (VR) technology, offering an immersive way to explore automotive solutions. The innovations reflect ATS ELGI’s aim to meet the evolving needs of the automotive service sector, particularly with the rise of electric mobility.

Praveen Tiwari, Managing Director of ATS ELGI, emphasized the company's vision to redefine the automotive service industry through sustainable and reliable solutions. "Our commitment aligns with the industry's transformation, driven by advancements in electric mobility and next-generation automotive technology," Tiwari stated. The company’s new product line includes solutions for various automotive service needs, such as collision repair, welding, and EV battery management.

The Smartlight Touchless Wheel Aligner, one of the major highlights, uses contactless measurement technology to improve efficiency and safety during vehicle servicing. By eliminating the need for traditional wheel clamps and targets, the aligner ensures faster operations and reduced vehicle downtime. It can accommodate a wide range of vehicles, including those with custom or large wheels.

The Autorobot Collision Repair System offers a new approach to vehicle straightening, featuring a scissor-lift straightening bed and single-bolt clamps for quicker repairs. This system is designed to handle challenging chassis repairs while maintaining vehicle alignment and structural integrity. Its expandable multi-workstation capability offers workshops the potential to increase capacity and productivity cost-effectively.

ATS ELGI also introduced Telwin Welders, which are designed for demanding workshop environments. These welders combine customizable settings and energy-efficient features that help reduce repair time and improve overall productivity.

For the growing EV market, ATS ELGI’s new product range includes specialized tools and diagnostic systems for high-voltage EV battery systems. The range is designed to enhance technician safety and reduce service turnaround times, addressing the increasing need for reliable and efficient EV service solutions.

Visitors to the ATS ELGI booth have the opportunity to observe live demonstrations and engage with experts to explore the future of automotive service technology. These innovations underscore the company’s ongoing efforts to support the automotive industry's shift toward more advanced, sustainable solutions.
