Ather Energy Offers Up to ₹20,000 in Discounts on Electric Scooters Through March
The Bengaluru-based electric two-wheeler maker is offering a combination of cash discounts, credit card benefits, and extended warranty ahead of a subsidy deadline.
Ather Energy Ltd. has announced limited-period offers on its Rizta and 450 Series electric scooters, with combined benefits of up to ₹20,000 available at Ather Experience Centres across India until March 31, 2026. The offer comprises a credit card discount of ₹10,000, a cash discount of ₹6,500, and an extended components warranty valued at ₹3,500.
Following the application of these offers, the Rizta S is priced at ₹1,04,758 ex-showroom Mumbai, and the 450S at ₹1,13,100 ex-showroom Mumbai for the duration of the promotional period. The company has not disclosed whether these prices reflect all or a subset of the available benefits.
The Rizta S 3.7kWh maintains core design features such as a 34-litre underseat storage, expandable by 22 litres with the optional Frunk, a wide seat for rider and pillion comfort, and a practical floorboard layout.
The variant includes a 7-inch DeepView display with turn-by-turn navigation, along with safety and convenience features such as AutoHold, Fall Safe, Emergency Stop Signal, Tow and Theft Alerts, Find My Scooter, and Alexa integration. It also supports over-the-air updates and provides access to Ather Grid, the company’s national charging network, which includes more than 3,900 charging points.
The announcement coincides with the scheduled discontinuation of the central government's PM E-Drive Scheme subsidy of ₹5,000 on electric two-wheelers, which is set to lapse on March 31, 2026. Customers purchasing before that date would be eligible to combine the company's offers with the government subsidy, though eligibility conditions under the PM E-Drive Scheme apply separately.
Ather Energy, founded in 2013 and listed on Indian stock exchanges, manufactures electric scooters across two product lines: the performance-focused 450 Series and the Rizta, a family-oriented scooter launched in 2024. The company also operates a proprietary fast-charging network called Ather Grid, which as of September 2025 comprised 4,282 chargers across India and 40 across Nepal and Sri Lanka..
