ASK Automotive Q4 FY26 Profit Rises 24%; Revenue Jumps 35%

ASK Automotive Limited reported a 24.2% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit after tax at Rs 72 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, while revenue from operations rose 35.3% to Rs 1,154 crore.

The company posted EBITDA of Rs 140 crore for the quarter, up 31.1% year-on-year, although EBITDA margin narrowed to 12.1% from 12.5% a year ago due to the impact of higher alloy prices. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 3.63 compared with Rs 2.92 in the year-ago period.

For the full financial year FY26, ASK Automotive’s consolidated revenue increased 16.2% to Rs 4,196 crore, while PAT rose 20.1% to Rs 297 crore. EBITDA for the year grew 24.1% to Rs 551 crore, with EBITDA margin improving to 13.1% from 12.3% in FY25.

The company said its Advanced Braking Systems business recorded 32% growth during Q4 FY26, while Aluminium Light Weighting Precision Solutions grew 47% and Safety Control Cables revenue increased 26% year-on-year. Export revenue stood at Rs 41 crore during the quarter against Rs 39 crore a year earlier.

ASK Automotive said revenue growth was supported by higher alloy prices, which contributed an 8% passthrough impact during the quarter, while strategic reduction in the wheel assembly business had a 2.7% negative impact on revenue. Excluding these factors, net revenue growth stood at 30% year-on-year.

Chairman and Managing Director Kuldip Singh Rathee said the company continued to outperform two-wheeler industry production growth in both the quarter and the full year.

He added that the company’s Karoli manufacturing facility is ramping up rapidly, while the Bengaluru plant is nearing optimum utilisation, helping improve economies of scale and operational efficiencies. ASK Automotive also said its second captive solar plant in Rajasthan is expected to become operational in Q2 FY27.
