Ashutosh Dugal Joins Hero MotoCorp’s VIDA To Lead Customer Success Function

Ashutosh Dugal has joined Hero MotoCorp to lead the customer success function for its electric mobility brand VIDA, according to a recent LinkedIn post by the executive.

Dugal brings over 25 years of experience across the automotive and mobility sectors, with professional expertise spanning aftersales operations, customer support and service management.

The move comes as Hero MotoCorp continues to scale VIDA’s presence in India’s electric two-wheeler segment amid rising competition from legacy manufacturers and EV-focused startups. VIDA currently operates in the premium electric scooter space with models such as the V1 range.

In a LinkedIn post announcing his appointment, Dugal said, “Looking forward to the challenge and opportunity to lead the customer success function of VIDA.”

Beyond operational roles, Dugal has also been active in industry commentary around EV adoption, mobility trends and aftersales ecosystems in India through regular LinkedIn posts and market analysis.
