ARAI certifies Cooper Corp's diesel engines for CPCB IV+ regulation compliance

The engines have been granted Type approval for compliance to CPCBIV+ emission norms, in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) under the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change.

Satara-based Cooper Corporation, a leading supplier of engine, engine components to auto and other sectors on Tuesday announced receiving the certification of its 3.5to 250 kVA diesel engines by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI).

These engines have been granted Type approval for compliance to CPCBIV+ emission norms, in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) under the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change. 

Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) is an autonomous body affiliated to the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India and is one of the prime testing and certification agency notified by Government of India.
