Apollo Tyres has elevated Amit Chhabra to the position of Group Head, Commercial for OEM and Institutional Business.
Chhabra previously served as Head of Sales for original equipment (OE) at the Gurugram-headquartered company, managing sales across automotive, off-highway, farm, industrial, and institutional segments.
In his expanded leadership role, Chhabra will take on responsibility for driving the overall commercial strategy across OEM relationships and institutional accounts.
Prior to joining Apollo Tyres in May 2025, Chhabra spent over seven years at Shell, where he served as Head of Sales for Auto OEMs. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade with Tata Consultancy Services.
