Ampere announces price cut for its electric scooters

tThe Magnus EX and Magnus LT are now available at Rs 94,900 and Rs 84,900 (ex-showroom) as compared to the old price of Rs 104,900 and Rs 93,900, respectively.

Greaves Electric Mobility Private Limited (GEMPL), the e-mobility division of Greaves Cotton Limited, has announced a price revision for its highest-selling models of Ampere electric scooters, in line with its mission to promote widespread adoption of electric vehicles.

As part of these adjustments, the company's scooter models, Magnus EX and Magnus LT are now available at Rs 94,900 and Rs 84,900 (ex-showroom), respectively. 

Additionally, Ampere's entry-level electric scooter, Reo Li Plus, aimed at democratising e-mobility in India, now comes with an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 59,900. Conceptualised to deliver maximum convenience, the Reo Li Plus features a removable Lithium-Ion battery pack providing a certified range of approximately 70 kilometres on a single charge. 

Furthermore, Ampere recently introduced its first high-performance family electric scooter, the Ampere Nexus, which has received an excellent response nationwide. Available in two variants, EX and ST, the introductory price for the EX model is Rs 1,09,900, and for the ST model, it is Rs 1,19,000, with bookings open at Rs 9,999 on the Ampere website.
