AIS Windshield Experts Launches Zero-Paperwork Insurance Claims Service
India's largest automotive glass repair network eliminates customer hassle by managing entire insurance claim process, offering cashless service and doorstep repairs across 70-plus cities nationwide.
AIS Windshield Experts has launched a comprehensive insurance integration service that removes the administrative burden from customers requiring windshield repairs or replacements.
The automotive glass care company, a subsidiary of Asahi India Glass Ltd., has established partnerships with major insurance providers across India to create a fully cashless system. The service handles all aspects of insurance claims, from initial filing through final documentation, while customers receive repairs at their preferred location.
"We know that for a car owner, the damage to the vehicle is only half the stress, the other half is the ordeal of getting it fixed and claim insurance," said Ratish Ramanujam, COO and Executive Director at AIS Windshield Experts. "We have built a system where the customer's only job is to give us a call."
The company operates through a network spanning over 70 cities, utilizing mobile service vans to provide on-site repairs. Technicians use OEM-grade materials, and all work comes with a one-year warranty on workmanship and glass quality.
The direct billing arrangement with insurance companies means customers avoid upfront payments and reimbursement processes. AIS Windshield Experts manages communication with insurers and handles all required documentation on behalf of vehicle owners.
The company positions itself as India's first and largest automotive glass repair and replacement network, serving all vehicle segments including luxury brands. Services are available through appointments booked via the company's website at windshieldexperts.com.
The expansion of the insurance integration service follows the company's recent growth in physical locations across the country, strengthening its position in the automotive aftermarket sector.
