AION-Tech Partners with Theoremus AD to Transform Urban Mobility in India
The collaboration will deploy AI-driven multimodal transport solutions in Telangana and Karnataka, integrating EV fleets with public transit systems to enhance first-middle-last mile connectivity.
AION-Tech Solutions Ltd., a publicly listed technology enterprise, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Theoremus AD, a Bulgaria-based multimodal transport orchestration company, to develop integrated urban mobility solutions for Indian cities.
The partnership will initially focus on launching First-Middle-Last Mile (FMLM) mobility pilots in Telangana and Karnataka. These pilots will feature demand-responsive electric vehicle feeder services connected to major metro and bus corridors, aiming to improve connectivity and fleet utilisation while supporting sustainable transport objectives.
The collaboration will deploy a multimodal transport orchestration platform that integrates metro rail, bus networks, EV fleets, parking infrastructure, and urban mobility data into a unified operational system. The platform will utilise artificial intelligence and data analytics to enable demand forecasting, optimise EV utilisation, manage congestion, and provide real-time operational visibility for transport authorities.
AION-Tech Solutions will execute the initiative through its subsidiaries: ETO Motors will deploy and operate EV fleets for the pilots, while ROQIT will provide digital platforms, control dashboards, and real-time operational tools for cities and transport authorities.
Chanakya Bellam Radhakrishna, Director of AION-Tech Solutions Ltd., stated that the collaboration represents an important step in building intelligent and scalable mobility ecosystems for Indian cities by combining global orchestration expertise with local execution capabilities.
Hristo Popov, Chief Business Officer of Theoremus AD, noted that India presents one of the most dynamic urban mobility markets globally, and the partnership enables the company to localise its platform and demonstrate the impact of integrated data and AI-driven optimisation at scale.
During the pilot phase, performance will be measured through key indicators including ridership growth, service coverage, fleet utilisation, and carbon reduction. The partners plan to engage with transport corporations, metro rail agencies, and urban development bodies in both states, including TSRTC, HMDA, and HMRL in Telangana, and BMTC, BMRCL, and DULT in Karnataka.
Following successful pilots, the partnership aims to scale the solution across additional cities and states, creating replicable models aligned with India's Smart Cities and sustainable mobility initiatives. The collaboration will operate under data privacy, cybersecurity, and Indian data residency frameworks to ensure secure multi-operator data sharing.
AION-Tech Solutions Ltd. (BSE: 531439 | NSE: GOLDTECH), formerly Goldstone Technologies Limited, was established in 1994 as a full-stack data analytics and sustainable solution development company. The company offers strategic services focused on data planning, sustainability, and zero emission platform development solutions.
Founded in 2018, Theoremus AD is a technology and AI-driven company focused on smart urban mobility and digital waste management solutions. The company develops scalable platforms that address environmental, economic, and social challenges in congested cities worldwide, using event-driven big data architectures, real-time analytics, and artificial intelligence.
