The board of directors of TVS Motor Co. have appointed Sudarshan Venu as joint managing director and Dr Lakshmi Venu as director. Sudarshan Venu will be a whole time director and report to the chairman and managing director Venu Srinivasan.
Dr Lakshmi Venu has been appointed as additional non executive director of the company. She will serve as the women director on the board in compliance with the provision of the companies act and listing agreements. Both the appointments are effective 10 September.
