Tata’s PV sales 47 percent in February 2022
Tata Motors reported its domestic wholesales growing by 27 percent to 73,875 units in February, 2022 as against 58,366 units during corresponding month previous year.
Tata Motors reported its domestic wholesales growing by 27 percent to 73,875 units in February, 2022 as against 58,366 units during corresponding month previous year.
These numbers include sales in passenger vehicle segment which grew by significantly by 47 percent to 39,981 units during the month under consideration in comparison to the 27,225 units recorded during same month in 2021. Out of the total, the electric cars contributed with 2,846 units as against 492 units reported earlier.
In the commercial vehicle (CV) segment, the MH&ICV in February 2022, including trucks and buses, stood at 14,596 units, compared to 12,825 units in February 2021. Tata Motors had recently unveiled 21 new commercial vehicles across all segments.
