Tata Motors Group global wholesales up 18% in February

Tata Motors Group global wholesales sees an increase of 18 percent YoY, driven by CVs and JLR.

Tata Motors' Group global wholesales in February 2018, including Jaguar Land Rover, came at 121,252 units, an increase of 18 percent YoY.

The global wholesales for all Tata Motors’ commercial vehicles Tata Daewoo range in February 2018 was 46,262, an increase of 28 percent YoY. In the passenger vehicles segment the company sold 74,990 units, up 12 percent YoY

In the luxury segment, the company saw sales of 56,905 units for Jaguar Land Rover (*JLR number for February 2018 includes CJLR volumes of 5,197 units). While Jaguar saw sales of 16,245 units, Land Rover sold 40,660 units.

*CJLR – It is a JV between JLR and Chery Automobiles and is an unconsolidated subsidiary for JLR
