Steelbird Brat helmet launched at Rs 5,149

Steelbird Helmets, one of Asia’s largest helmets manufacturer has launched a new range of helmets christened the ‘Brat’ in collaboration with Blauer, a US-based leading manufacturer of high-performance, protective uniform apparel for the public safety market. The Brat series is being launched at Rs 5,149 and is available in the size range of XXS to XL.
Steelbird says the collaboration is in continuation of expanding the Blauer helmets lineup in Indian market and more helmets are expected to be launched soon.
The company says the Brat series offers a mix of innovative features and safety standards meeting both European and ISI standards. The helmet boasts of dual certification – ECE 22.05 and IS:4151.
The new helmet range comes with high-impact thermoplastic shell which provides excellent resistance to any collision in case of a mishap, the helmet is tough yet light; It is made of high-impact engineering-grade virgin plastic.

Also keeping in mind the comfort factor of the rider, Brat comes with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) fabric which is an European regulatory authority to check and protect the environment from harmful chemicals. The fabric keeps the rider fresh in summers and during long rides. Additionally, it also offers a quick release mechanism buckle.
The helmet is available at all Steelbird outlets and on the company website.
