British electric vehicle start-up One Moto India has partnered Global Assure, a leading roadside assistance company in the country to offer its customers 24x7 breakdown support along with other assistance services.
Under the partnership, One Moto India customers will be able to avail services like: towing of vehicle, flat tyre repair/change, onsite repair, key lockout services, ambulance referral, extraction of vehicle, message relay to relatives/colleagues/emergency numbers, hotel assistance and 24x7 response centre.
Aditya Reddy, VP – Marketing and Sales, One Moto India said, “The brand is determined towards providing a quality product followed by a fine aftersales support. At present, One Moto India has presence in south India, and plans to widen its footprint across 5 states, and 10 cities in next two quarters. The brand aims at manufacturing 50,000 units by the end of the financial year.
