The e-scooters have a top speed of 45kph and can travel upto 85km on a single charge. The e2Ws will be available in 7 colours.

Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has unveiled its first electric two-wheelers, the Zoro and Fiare scooters at the launch of its first showroom in Pune.

The company says bookings wlll commence by end-August and deliveries by the festive season. The e-scooters have a top speed of 45kph and a range of 85km on a single charge. They are available in seven colours.

Uday Narang, founder, Omega Seiki Mobility said, “Climate change is a serious challenge and Omega Seiki Mobility is committed to providing sustainable mobility solutoons through our products. We are creating special applications and features in our electric scooters for the B2B sector. We are actively exploring partnerships with key players especially in the food delivery, pharmaceutical sector and other sectors.”

Dr. Deb Mukherji, MD, Omega Seiki Mobility said, “One in every two-wheeler sold in India is a scooter. I believe that this number will grow exponentially especially when the government is providing subsidies to the segment.”

“The awareness and acceptance of EVs in Maharashtra is high and with the FAME II revision and subsidy by the Maharashtra government, the adoption rate of EVs will further increase in the coming months. Hence, we have launched our first flagship store in Pune. Omega Seiki Mobility currently has 15 showrooms across India and we are planning to expand to 115 showrooms by end-2021. We will also be launching 10 flagships stores in the current year,” added Narang.
