Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM), part of Anglian Omega Group has onboarded a new dealer partner in southern India – Green Drive Auto Services – to open a new electric three-wheeler dealership in Bangalore.

OSM says the new dealership is located at Singasandra, Bangalore and is part of the company’s focus to strategically strengthen its roots in the southern parts of the country to cater to the high demand of the smart electric vehicles and quality services. Its new partner is an established dealer in the two-wheelers space and with this alliance will be foraying ‘electric three-wheelers’ space.

The EV maker says it has received a great response for its commercial three-wheeler EV Rage+ in the southern region. In November 2020, Omega Seiki Mobility unveiled its new vehicle range the Sun-Ri (three-wheeler cargo), Ride (e-rickshaw) and Stream (e-auto rickshaw); and has been focusing on increasing the sales of respective products.

Uday Narang, chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility said, “Omega Seiki is working in all the horizons to facilitate their customers and target clients. To facilitate our clients in south India, we are opening our dealership with another strategic partnership with Green Drive Auto Services. OSM believes in the concept of clean energy and association with ‘Green Drive’ will support our business as well as environmental goals. Despite pandemic the demand for EV is high and along with Green Drive Auto Services, we are committed to cater the market demand by providing client satisfaction. Omega Seiki is all set to achieve new heights in the three-wheeler range with new dealerships. We are enthusiastic about 2021 and the dealership is a great start to the year.”

Ala Harikrishna, MD, Green Drive Auto Services said “We believe in creating sustainable products in an endeavour to make earth a better place to live. We are extremely fortunate to find a partner who shares the same values and ethic as us. Hope to have a long and fruitful relationship with OSM.”

Dr. Deb Mukherji, MD, Omega Seiki Mobility said, “When it comes to commercial vehicles Omega Seiki is preferred by the customers on the spheres of B2B and B2C. We have targeted to launch more products by 2021 and we are moving on that path. We are getting good response for our Rage+, the electric three-wheeler cargo vehicle, which motivated us to expand our wings.”

The EV start-up is betting on new technologies and IT-driven businesses in the e-mobility segment. The IT architecture of the mobility business is designed to run the fleet (B2B) and vehicles for direct consumers (B2C) in an efficient manner.

“Our Company’s main focus is on efficiency enhancement, vehicle diagnostics, and making data-driven decisions in real-time. OSM data analytics software picks up the right cargo space vehicle, ques up the vehicles, and decides the optimised route, and flags off any unnecessary roadblocks. It is run on cloud computing with highly efficient data processing,” concluded Dr. Mukherji.
