MRF bags JD Power’s Special Recognition award

MRF has received the J D Power Special Recognition award for continued outstanding performance in Original Equipment Tire Satisfaction Studies conducted by J D Power.

MRF has received the J D Power Special Recognition award for continued outstanding performance in Original Equipment Tire Satisfaction Studies conducted by J D Power.

The Chennai-based tyre manufacturer ranked highest in the 2013 India Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Index (TCSI) Study conducted by J D Power Asia Pacific. With that achievement, it ranked highest for the 10th time in the past 13 years.

The award was presented to K M Mammen, chairman and managing director, MRF, in New Delhi on March 11 in the presence of heads of the Indian automobile industry and key executives of car manufacturers. 

Thanking Indian consumers for their continued trust in brand MRF, K M Mammen said the company will continue to expand its presence with the single focus of delighting customers.
