General Motors India expands dealer network in Uttar Pradesh

In a bid to reach out more to its customers, General Motors India inaugurated a new dealership, Vinayak Chevrolet in Varanasi yesterday. This takes the overall tally in Uttar Pradesh to 16 sales outlets and 20 service facilities.

In a bid to reach out more to its customers, General Motors India inaugurated a new dealership, Vinayak Chevrolet in Varanasi yesterday. This takes the overall tally in Uttar Pradesh to 16 sales outlets and 20 service facilities.

In all, GM India has now 262 Sales Points and 275 Service outlets across the country. Vinayak Chevrolet will be a 3S facility integrating sales, service and spares to cater to the needs of the customers in the region.

Inaugurating the new dealership, Rajesh Singh, vice-president (Service, Sales & Marketing), GM India, said, “We have opened the new dealership in the wake of the increasing popularity of Chevrolet vehicles in Varanasi. The facility will be headed by Anurag Goenka who is recognized as a prominent business leader with strong credentials in the state. We are confident that under his able leadership and guidance, the dealership will set new benchmark in sales, service and customer satisfaction.”

The 3S facility Vinayak Chevrolet located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, will provide a wide range of accessories and top-of-the-line support to the customers.

GM India says a team of highly trained and equipped engineers will always be available at the workshop with latest garage tools, diagnostic equipment and computerized facilities for attending to the needs of the discerning customers in the region.

As part of its commitment to continue provide customers with a value proposition to stand out in the market place, GM India has introduced a number of industry-first programmes including the recently introduced Chevrolet Complete Care programme.
