Mercedes-Benz India has inaugurated its first dealership in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. The new facility – Benchmark Cars – is spread across 11,000 square feet and will cater to luxury car buyers in Bhopal and adjacent cities like Gwalior and Jabalpur.

With this new showroom, the company has expanded its sales and aftersales service network to 35 cities with over 62 outlets, the largest for a luxury car manufacturer in India.

Inaugurating the dealership today, Eberhard Kern, MD and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India, said: “The inauguration of this facility with Benchmark Cars in Bhopal is part of our qualitative network expansion across the country and will be instrumental in reaching out to our growing customer base in and around Bhopal.”

The showroom, which is managed by a dedicated team of eight qualified and experienced personnel, also has a customer lounge, accessories and collections display. A state-of-the-art workshop in Bhopal is also in the offing. Potential buyers can also avail of leasing, insurance and finance options from Daimler Financial Services (DFS).
