Infosys bags Mazda's Excellent Partner Award

Software major recognised for successfully transforming Mazda’s global supply chain management

Global automobile player, Mazda’s digital innovation (MDI) & IT division has awarded technology major, Infosys the ‘Mazda Excellent Partner Award’. This is in recognition of the role that Infosys played in helping Mazda implement a global supply chain management solution for service part operations in the aftermarket.

This solution is utilised for transforming business processes like inventory planning, service parts planning, order fulfillment followed by rollout of a warehouse management solution at various Mazda part distribution centers.

The supply chain transformation enables Mazda to navigate from a mainframe based legacy system to a next generation integrated platform, with real-time transactions and visibility – increasing speed and precision. The methodology leverages analytics and supply chain process automation and results in simplification of the IT landscape.
