Hyundai launches Creta Petrol with auto ‘box, offers dual airbags as standard on all variants

In a bid to further drive sales of its high-selling Creta SUV, Hyundai Motor India has introduced a first-in-segment Creta Petrol automatic variant (SX+).

In a bid to further drive sales of its high-selling Creta SUV, Hyundai Motor India has introduced a first-in-segment Creta Petrol automatic variant (SX+).

The game-changing Creta received over 100,000 bookings within eight months of its launch and has sold a total of 63,836 units till now, 13,184 petrol variants and 50,652 diesel.  

This new variant is equipped with AVN, projector headlamps with LED positioning, rear parking camera and sensors, smart key with push button, Chrome O/S door handle, Shark fin antenna, child seat anchor, 17-inch diamond cut alloys, a leather wrap on steering wheel and fully automatic temperature control.

Announcing the launch of the automatic variant, Rakesh Srivastava, senior VP – Sales & Marketing, said, “Introducing the new Creta variant with automatic transmission showcases Hyundai’s commitment to providing products based on customer wants and building the relationship as a customer centric company towards ensuring customers delight. With safety as our priority, we have also introduced dual airbags as standard across all Creta variants.’

Hyundai has also introduced the dual airbags as standard across all trims for Creta.
