Hero MotoCorp launches BS VI Super Splendor at Rs 67,300

Hero MotoCorp has added another two-wheeler to its BS VI portfolio with the all new 125cc Super Splendor. The bike delivers more power with an advanced gearbox.

Hero MotoCorp launches BS VI Super Splendor at Rs 67,300

Further strengthening its BS VI lineup, Hero MotoCorp has launched the BS VI-ready Super Splendor commuter motorcycle. The standard variant with a self start and drum alloy wheel comes with a starting price of Rs 67,300 and the top-end with self start, disc brake and alloy wheels retails at Rs 70,800. All prices are ex-showroom Delhi.

The new Super Splendor comes with an all-new 125cc BS-VI Compliant Programmed Fuel Injection engine with XSens Technology that is claimed to deliver 19 percent more power at 10.73hp @ 7500 rpm and torque of 10.6Nm @ 6000 rpm. The engine is mated to an all-new 5-Speed Gearbox and also comes with the popular i3s technology. Apart from the engine, the Super Splendor BS VI gets an all-new chassis and a new suspension. At 180mm, the bike gets more ground clearance and longer seat as compared to its previous iteration. The bike comes in Glaze Black, Heavy Grey, Candy Blazing Red and all-new Metallic Nexus Blue colours.

Currently, Hero MotoCorp’s BS VI portfolio consists of the new Xtreme 160R, Passion Pro BS-VI, Glamour BS-VI, Splendor iSmart, Splendor+, HF Deluxe, Pleasure+ 110, Destini 125 and Maestro Edge 125.
