First batch of made-in-Chakan Triumph Speed 400s rolled out from the Bajaj Auto plant on July 25.
Customer deliveries of the Speed 400 are to begin by end-July 2023.
The Triumph Speed 400 is powered by a liquid-cooled, 398cc, single-cylinder engine which develops 40hp at 8000rpm and 37.5 Nm at 6500rpm.
The Speed 400 as well as the as well as the Scrambler 400 X have received a strong market response.

Three weeks after the Bajaj Auto-Triumph Motorcycles combine launched the Triumph Speed 400 at Rs 223,000 for the first 10,000 units, the Pune-based Bajaj Auto has rolled out the first batch of the locally manufactured motorcycle from its Chakan plant.
