Etrio inducts Kalyan Korimerla as MD and co-promoter

Etrio inducts Kalyan Korimerla as MD and co-promoter

Hyderabad-headquartered electric three-wheeler company Etrio has announced that Kalyan C Korimerla, former CEO of NSL Renewable Power leader as MD and co-promoter. He will now be a part of Etrio’s Promoters Group as well as its Board of Directors.   

Korimerla also was the founder and MD of OneEarth Power Ventures where he managed and developed renewable energy portfolios of 510 MW and 133 MW respectively. In addition, he was elected as the vice-president of Wind Independent Power Producers Association (WIPPA), an association that represents the largest wind energy companies in India.

Under Korimerla leadership Etrio aims to transform itself from a start-up into a mature and robust organisation offering comprehensive products and solutions that meet the operational and sustainability needs of its customers. With its focus on providing electric cargo vehicles for the logistics sector, Etrio will work on reducing the carbon footprint of one of the fastest-growing sectors in India while fulfilling its vision and meeting its business and sustainability objectives.

Kalyan C Korimerla said, “Building on the current product portfolio that consists of industry-first electric light commercial vehicle (eLCV) and a proven electric three-wheeler platform, order pipeline, and strong team, I am confident that we will lead Etrio to newer and more exciting heights of growth and success while bringing operational discipline, innovation, resilience and customer orientation to the company.”
