Dr Baba N Kalyani, chairman and managing director, Bharat Forge, has been conferred with the prestigious ‘Eminent Engineer Award – 2015’ by Dr Kirit Parikh, chairman, Integrated Research and Action for Development, and former member , Planning Commission, on the occasion of the 13th foundation day of the Engineering Council of India.
The award is in recognition of Dr Baba Kalyani’s outstanding contribution in the engineering industry. Eminent personalities like NR Narayan Murthy, founder, Infosys, and Dr Baldevraj, director, National Institute of Advance Studies, Bangalore are previous recipients of this award.
