CarZ opens its first franchisee service centre for cars in Bangalore

The multi-brand car services workshop is said to be fully automated with accident repair facility and 24x7 roadside assistance.

CarZ, a multi-brand car repair and maintenance services company, opened its brands’ first franchisee-owned service centre, which is also a fully automated workshop, under its strategic franchise partnership with 'Ultra Auto Crate' in Bangalore.  

The facility, situated in Jayanti Nagar, Bangalore, is spread across 9,500 sq ft, with 12 service bays and with a capacity to serve over 500 cars per month. As part of the partnership, CarZ will provide the service expertise and train the workforce on quality service, on-time delivery, procurement of quality and innovative service products, customer care supports, and among others. The multibrand car service company says that it has a network of 25 workshops across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Gujarat.   

Commenting on the opening of the new outlet, Venu Donepudi, founder and managing director, CarZ said, "This state of the art facility will provide everything a car owner needs for an enriching car ownership experience under one roof.” 

Chiranjeevi Ashwatappa, franchise owner said, “The modern features and technology at our workshop will give our customers a closer look at the process, and enable them to really understand what services they need and why they need them. Our goal is to build trust with our customers and help them maintain their car throughout the year with our tailor-made service packages for any vehicle; budget or requirement.”

The workshop is said to provide routine and preventive maintenance, electrical & mechanical repair, suspension system, AC diagnostics and service, tyres and services, battery, a variety of styling and performance accessories, interior and exterior detailing, automated car wash and more. 

The workshop also has an accident repair facility with the latest collision repair system and a paint booth. The workshop will also offer value-added services like 24x7 roadside assistance, pre-owned car inspection, insurance, extended warranty and settling of bills through EMI payment facilities provided by Bajaj Finserv. Through its partnership with many leading insurance companies, the workshop will also support cashless service for the repair of an accident-affected car.
