CarZ, the Hyderabad-based multi-brand auto solutions company, has announced that it has clocking 100,000 customers in India.
CarZ, the Hyderabad-based multi-brand auto solutions company, has announced that it has clocking 100,000 customers in India. The company has achieved this milestone in under five years of operation through its 12 centres in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Kerala.
To celebrate this milestone, CarZ has begun a month-long service programme (from August 11) across all its service centres and has on offer various customer incentives including free service for three years and more. According to managing director Venu Donepudi, customers can drive into any of the service stations for a free check-up, participate in a slogan contest and win various prizes including LED TVs, tablets, mobile phones, petrol vouchers and holiday packages.
Donepudi, said the company’s customer base has grown from 30,000 to 100,000 in the past three years and its workforce from 100 to over 400. The company’s revenue has been growing above 120 percent year-on-year.
“India is moving up the value chain in all sectors and in automobiles there is distinct trend towards quality support and service, and at affordable rates. We are changing the way people are getting their car serviced by providing them an enriching car ownership experience,” said Donepudi.
According to CEO Vijay Gumadi, the company has chalked out plans to expand its presence across the country and aims to establish 50 service centres in the next couple of years.
