Automotive Testing Expo opens in Chennai

The third Automotive Testing Expo got underway this morning at the Chennai Trade Centre.

The third Automotive Testing Expo got underway this morning at the Chennai Trade Centre. The three- day event was inaugurated by Bharat Joshi, the British deputy high commissioner in Chennai.

In his opening remarks, the deputy high commissioner said that the Expo is a key event in the automotive hub.

Organised by UKIP Media and Events in partnership with ARAI, the fair has attracted a host of prominent industry players that include AVL GmbH, ANSYS Software, Horiba, Etas, Agilent Technologies , Kistler Instruments and Gopel Electronics, to mention but a few.

Also attending are a clutch of Chinese companies as well as a Korean player. Alongside the event, the Expo is hosting a technology forum with presentations from leading OEMs and Tier 1 and 2 suppliers.
