The biennial event showcases equipment for all types of vehicle test assessment, from stress and durability test equipment through to full scale test rigs, test simulation and aerodynamics development tools, engine testing equipment and full test track facilities.

The Automotive Testing Expo aims at drawing representatives of vehicle manufacturers from across the country, who can check out the very latest component and complete vehicle test and development technologies and services at a single location. This year’s show, which has around 120 exhibitors from 13 countries, also presents an opportunity to network with likeminded engineers and R&D chiefs.

Key exhibitors at this year’s event include Honeywell Automation, AVL List Gmbh, Horiba India, IDIADA Automotive Technology, Kistler Instruments, ARAI, ETAS Automotive, iASYS, Josts Engineering, MTS Systems, Ipetronik India, Siemens, Sushma Industries and others.

Speaking to Autocar Professional, Dominic Cundy, managing director, automotive event division, UKIP Media & Event, the organiser of the expo, said, “This year, nearly 120 companies have participated in the expo and are displaying their products and technologies. The number of exhibitors is almost equal to the last edition held in 2014 and we are expecting excellent footfall over the next three days.”
