The Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) organised a delegation visit under its Young Business Leaders Forum (YBLF) to Padmini VNA Mechatronics on January 24. The key purpose of the visit was to summarise extensive quality study about automotive industry and increase their visibility to better identify the prospective areas of expertise in the overall organisational function.

During the visit, the YBLF delegates took a tour of Padmini VNA’s manufacturing plant and Kabir Bhandari, MD, Padmini VNA showed the team around. This visit aims to give greater clarity about important management concepts of how industry operations are executed. An interactive session was also organised where Bhandari shared the Padmini VNA success story and his experiences about the industrial challenges that he accepted and bravely faced during his journey.

Bhandari also shared a very powerful insight about the approach that he takes with and the overall attitude for setting back on track. Bhandari spoke about the rising demand for their innovative products without any help of joint venture or technology tie-up, their core value about focusing on employee happiness, financial goals, guidance on structuring their financial goals, contribution in automotive future and Padmini VNA’s road map going forward.
