Made-In-India Kwid and Duster mark Renault’s entry into Nepal
In Nepal, Renault has tied up with the Vishal Group, one of the largest business groups, in line with its strategy to expand its presence in the SAARC region.
Renault India has begun sales of the Kwid hatchback and Duster SUV in Nepal.
Recently, the prime minister of Nepal, Pushpa Kamal Dahal met Sumit Sawhney, country CEO and managing director, and offered full support to strengthen Renault’s operations in the country.
Autocar Professional first reported about Renault planning to launch the Kwid in Nepal last month.
In Nepal, Renault has tied up with the Vishal Group, one of the largest business groups, in line with its strategy to expand its presence in the SAARC region. The state-of-the-art showroom of Advanced Automobiles, a part of the Vishal Group, has been designed as per the Renault Store concept, with new-generation facilities aimed at addressing the evolving needs of customers by highlighting the value of the brand, products, services and accessories in a modern and more effective manner.
